How long does it take to produce the garment?

 All the garments are handmade made-to-order and it may take   3 - 10 days to produce and 10 -25 days for leather garments or complicated items. Also important to attend fittings in time to speed up the making process ( if it’s made-to-measure garment). In some cases may take longer. when garment is ready- it will be dispatched witching 24 hours.

  Can I order the garment in the colour I really like, but it is not in the list?

 Yes, it may be possible. Not all the colours  are in the list yet, but they are available to order. Just drop me a message ! If you want the same design, but in different material, it is possible, contact me and we will discuss it. 

 How do I pay? 

You can pay directly through the website, Paypall or a Bank transfer.   

 Can  I Refund or Exchange the item? 

 Unfortunately, it is not possible, as all the items are hand  made-to-order specially for you.  But you can always request more information before the purchase. Also in-person consultation or fitting is available in London Chelsea. 

if you purchased a sample sale  item - it is possible to refund if it doesn't fit ( you would need to pay the postage in this case)

If you already have fabric you like and have A design, after creating the patterns we can see if it will be enough, if it’s not enough, we can improvise and add some detail with another materials ( in contrast or matching)

It’s better to purchase materials after putters are ready, so we can calculate exact amount of it to avoid extra costs.
I can recommend few places to look for fabrics or can do some research for you and discuss the  best option for your garment.

If garment have very complicated cut, made from white or diffi fabric, calico material will be used for the first fitting for the perfect fit.
